This home defines elegance. Getting to know our clients is what we do best. This client is full of life, energy, family, fitness and fun! They wanted a home that would encompass all of that. Not wanting to waste square footage, TRUSS Construction collaborated with the Owner's to create open inviting spaces that could accommodate a crowd, yet comfort a couple. With 5,600 sq. ft. this home has it all. The master suite includes a study with custom walnut cabinetry, a luxurious marble his-and-her bathroom, and an oversized custom walk-in closet with center island. The two guest bedrooms are each fitted with custom walk-in closets and full bathrooms with dual sink vanities. The layout of this home allows each of the bedrooms to feel private and secluded while the common areas are open and inviting. The gym was positioned in such a way, that while in use, it would not be a disruption. At the heart of this home lies the custom kitchen, dinette, dining and living room. These rooms seamlessly fuse together to bring big family traditions to life. From the custom cabinetry, to the built-in wall units, to the magnificent triple crown in the living room ceiling, no detail was left unnoticed. The outside living area and kitchen offers everyday practical use but easily accommodates a crowd.
