Space Planning Perfection. Perhaps you bought your home and thought it was perfect, but years later desired your space to flow differently.  Our client came to us with this exact scenario.  They loved their existing home but felt frustrated that many areas were completely unused, and the most trafficked areas felt congested.  Through very specific pre-construction and design meetings we came up with a game plan and immediately got to work.  Demolition took place on both the 1st and 2nd floors.  Bearing walls were removed, the second floor was reinforced to carry the new span and weight of the added playroom, stairs were relocated, a bathroom was added, a man cave was born, a pool bath refreshed, and kitchen and living room areas were both redesigned.  The result is a timeless home, that provides gracious entertaining and the soothing comforts of raising a family.
